BAILEYGOMM Design was established in 1980 by Ian Bailey and
Chris Gomm to provide consulting and design services to the
construction industry. This was followed by the formation of
BGPM Ltd in 1991 to allow for construction management roles
to be undertaken. These two companies were amalgamated in April 2003 to form
BAILEYGOMM Ltd.
Since its inception, the company has followed a steady growth
pattern not only in staff, but also in the service it is able
to offer its long term client base. Developing from its original
base of Professional Engineering in Building Services, and
supplemented by its Project Management roles, BAILEYGOMM has developed
as a multi-discipline Design House and Project Managers
The company also undertakes the CDM Coordinator role under
the CDM2007 Regulations on certain projects and retains full
time Health and Safety staff.
BAILEYGOMM also employs staff qualified as Low Carbon Consultants.
As a company with a flexible approach BAILEYGOMM are able
to deal with most size projects, regardless of location and timescale
and, most importantly of all a solution that works for you.
The company continually seeks to improve and always considers
original thought and innovative designs as one of its main targets.
BAILEYGOMM have been assessed and approved to BS EN ISO
9001:200 for our Quality Management systems in Design
Consultancy, Engineering, Construction and Project
